A US-based management consulting firm wanted to expand its business in Norway, but it needed a digital marketing strategy that would resonate with the regional audience. The firm specializes in connecting global leaders to help them achieve business success through a proven, peer-based, outcome-focused approach.
As a digital marketing expert, I worked with the client to create a 30-60-90 days digital marketing plan with a defined content strategy. We conducted extensive research to understand the target audience and their preferences. Based on our findings, we devised a content strategy that would appeal to the audience and improve the firm’s brand awareness in the Norwegian market.
To ensure our approach was effective, we ran A/B tests and tracked our performance monthly to identify areas for improvement. This helped us to continuously optimize our strategy to deliver better results.
Results: In just one month, our efforts yielded impressive results. We increased the firm’s LinkedIn page views by 68%, with a 38% increase in unique visitors. Our research also helped us identify five pillar content ideas that were repurposed for social media and email marketing to further raise brand awareness and nurture leads.
